Fiji Rugby Union has not made any statement so far in relation to the Nadroga Rugby Union’s threat that the team will not feature in this weekend's Skipper Cup semifinal if the FRU does not respond to some of the issues being raised by the Nadroga Rugby.
When contacted, Fijivillage was only told that FRU is preparing a response.
Nadroga Rugby President Tiko Matawalu said they have sent an email to the FRU and Nadroga wants clear answers on a number of issues.
He said these include Man of the Match payments from Round 1 to 11 to be paid to all unions, CJ Patel products to be supplied to all unions, top Points Winners' Prizes for the U20 and Seniors to be paid out to the unions, Farebrother Rules and Regulations for 2014 to be circulated and an immediate meeting to be called with all unions to discuss all outstanding matters.
Matawalu said they have given FRU until this Friday to settle these issues.
Nadroga is scheduled to play Suva in the first Skipper Cup semifinal this Saturday.
The other semifinal is between Naitasiri and Nadi.
