Fiji Rugby Union CEO, Radrodro Tabualevu said the FRU cannot hold its annual general meeting under the current constitution.
Tabualevu said a Judicial Review of the FRU constitution took place recently and the FRU board has been told that certain changes has to be made in the FRU constitution.
He said they will probably have to go up to the Parliament to seek special instruments to change part of their constitution.
He said they will be writing to the Unions advising them on this recent decision.
The FRU could not hold its AGM on three occasions this year as they could not get a quorum.
