Chelsea's John Terry celebrates after Watford's defeat

English premier league Champions Chelsea have defeated Watford 4-3 in the English Premier League.

Watford gave Chelsea the Guard of Honour at Stamford Bridge after the Blues had beaten West Brom 1-0 on Saturday to win the EPL title for the 5th time. 

Chelsea captain John Terry says he could retire at the end of the season, after leading the champions in their 4-3 win over Watford.

The 36-year-old will leave the Blues in the summer, scored the opening goal on a night of celebration for the title winners.

Chelsea host Sunderland on Monday in their final league game of the season and Terry says he has not ruled out Monday being his last game and retiring from football. 

Terry says he has not made any decisions yet and is evaluating all his options at the moment.
