National team striker, Samuela Drudru

The Lautoka Soccer Team has received a major boost ahead of the Inkk Mobile BOG as National team striker, Samuela Drudru has withdrawn his application to join Nadi.

Lautoka has lost a number of top players like Kavaia Rawaqa, Pranil Naidu, Afraz Ali, Sairusi Nalaubu and Kolinio Sivoki and Drudru’s departure could have brought a major disaster for the Blues.

Meanwhile, 34-year-old, Jone Vono Junior will make a comeback for the Lautoka in the BOG.

Lautoka which last won the BOG three years ago in Nausori will face Nasinu at 1.30pm this Friday in its first group match.

You can catch the live commentaries of the Ba-Tavua match at 3.30pm, Labasa-Suva match at 6pm and Rewa-Nadi game at 8pm on Radio Sargam.
