Defending Uprising Youth 7s champion Tuva Youth have finished Day One of the competition undefeated after beating the Lomavata Kangaroos 28-5.
Tuva Youth are through to the quarterfinals after finishing top of Pool A.
Tuva Youth coach Sitiveni Kunaika says they need to improve on their discipline after three players were yellow carded during their last game.
Meanwhile, the Hong Kong Youth 7s team has also finished Day One undefeated after beating Northern Spirit 28-14.
They are through to the quarters after topping Pool E.
In the last rounds of games this afternoon, Malolo defeated Sigatoka River Safari Henibua 19-0, Ra Barbarians beat Nailaga 12-5 to secure their first win of the day, Kissip Investment Wesley Fijian beat Cuvu Marine 33-0 while First Light Taveuni defeated Ratu Kadavulevu School 14-14 to top Pool D.
The cup quarterfinals will start at 9am tomorrow while the Women's Crest Na Iri Trophy will kick off at 10.20am with Fijiana Makosoi taking on Blue Light Sisters.
