The Crusaders will be missing some familiar faces as the 2019 Super Rugby competition kicks off next month.
They are Wyatt Crockett who has retired and Pete Samu who has joined the Brumbies.
Jone Macilai is out of contract with the club while Setareki Tamanivalu has left to play in France.
Other player that will not be playing for the Crusaders this season are Jack Stratton, Mike Delany and Tim Bateman.
The Crusaders have retained most of their players from last season.
The forwards lineup includes: Michael Alaalatoa, Harry Allan, Scott Barrett, Ethan Blackadder, Whetu Douglas, Mitchell Dunshea, Owen Franks, Ben Funnell, Billy Harmon, Oliver Jager, Andrew Makalio, Joe Moody, Tim Perry, Kieran Read, Luke Romano, Tom Sanders, Quinten Strange, Jordan Taufua, Codie Taylor, Matt Todd and Sam Whitelock.
The backline includes: Georrge Bridge, Brett Cameron, Ryan Crotty, Israel Dagg, Mitchell Drummond, Ereatara Enari, Braydon Ennor, Leicester Faingaanuku, Jack Goodhue, Bryn Hall, David Havili, Mitchell Hunt, Will Jordan, Manasa Mataele, Richie Mo'unga, Ngane Punivai.
The Super Rugby competition kicks off on the 15th of next month with the first match between the Chiefs and Highlanders.
