Waratahs back Adam Ashley‑Cooper says that he will make himself available to be called up for Wallabies duty when he makes his move to France.
Ashley‑Cooper has agreed to move to France and play for Bordeaux after the Rugby World Cup and could be one of the first overseas players to be called up by the Wallabies.
Under the new selection rules Ashley‑Cooper would be eligible for a national call up as he has played 104 times for Australia and has been contracted in Australia for 10 years.
The Waratahs meet the Brumbies at 9.40pm Friday.
