Dane Coles is set to play his 100th game for the Hurricanes in the Super Rugby semifinal this weekend.
His performance last week against the Brumbies should result in a start this week while Vince Aso will be given every chance of joining him.
Stakes don't get much higher than a Super Rugby semifinal against the Lions in Johannesburg, so the indications are the Hurricanes aren't going to leave anything up their sleeves.
The Hurricanes will announce their team tomorrow night but assistant coach John Plumtree wasn't about to pretend he had no idea who might be in it.
He says there's a good chance that Coles will start.
Coles would be the 11th Hurricane to reach that milestone, with wing Julian Savea the most recent.
The Hurricanes will take on the Lions at 12.30am Sunday while the Crusaders will host the Chiefs at 7.35pm Saturday.
