Dane Coles will lead the Hurricanes out against the Highlanders on Friday night.
The hooker and captain has been battling concussion symptoms since suffering a head knock in the team's win over the Reds on May 14th but he has now passed the requisite tests.
Lock Michael Fatialofa is over his own concussion problems and will start in the second row, alongside Blade Thomson.
Players like Victor Vito, Ardie and Julian Savea, Cory Jane and Chris Eves have been reinstated to the side.
Hurricanes head coach Chris Boyd says winning this match is absolutely critical to the Hurricanes’ Super Rugby playoff hopes and it's expected that the team will play accordingly.
The Hurricanes will take on the Highlanders at 7.35pm this Friday.
