Vodafone Fiji 7s vice-captain Isake Katonibau believes that coach Ben Ryan will have a tough time this week when selecting the final 12 players to the Pacific Games.
Katonibau who is looking forward to going into camp tomorrow was outstanding in Suva’s Skipper Cup victory over Nadroga last weekend.
He says some of the players including Telecom Fiji Warriors second five eight Eroni Vasiteri and Keponi Paul will provide the much needed competition within the team.
The Pacific Games 7s competition will be held next Wednesday to Friday.
Fiji’s first pool match will be against Papua New Guinea at 3.28pm next Wednesday.
Fiji will then play Guam at 6.46pm and face Solomon Islands at 10.04pm.
Fiji’s last pool match will be against Tahiti at 4.20pm next Thursday.
The quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will be played next Friday.
