The Chiefs' horrible start to 2019 Super Rugby season appears to have reached a new low, with one disgruntled fan taking to internet auction company Trade Me, listing the Hamilton based Super Rugby side for sale.
It was listed with a reserve price of just $1.
After a 57‑28 loss to the Crusaders last weekend, the Chiefs are winless after 4 games having also been defeated by the Highlanders, Brumbies and Sunwolves in their opening fixtures.
The auction had last reached a price of $15.50, however the page has since been removed.
The Hurricanes take on a winless Chiefs side in Hamilton at 6.35pm Friday.
