Bulivorovoro settles for silver in Men’s Long Jump at Pacific Mini Games

Sireli Bulivorovoro had to settle for silver in the Men’s Long Jump event at the Pacific Mini Games with a jump of 7 metres.

Gold went to Papua New Guinea’s Hure Roland with a jump of 7.08 metres.

The Fiji Women’s soccer team will play Vanuatu tomorrow for the gold medal in the Pacific Mini Games.

The team beat Solomon Islands 2-0, they drew with Vanuatu 0-0 and thrashed Tonga 5-0. 

The Fiji Men’s Soccer team will play New Caledonia in their final match on Friday.

The team is currently third with 8 points is guaranteed a medal finish at the games.

Looking at the Pacific Mini Games Medal tally, New Caledonia is leading with 34 gold, 12 silver and 8 bronze, PNG is in second place with 22 gold, 18 silver and 10 bronze while Fiji is in third place with 16 gold, 14 silver and 18 bronze.
