Bragging rights are on the line in Lautoka today when Fiji meet Tonga in a test match that both teams say will determine the Pacific's top rugby team.

Despite Fiji retaining the Pacific Nations Cup, Tonga rugby coach Toutai Kefu told Radio NZ whoever wins this game can call themselves the kings of the Pacific.

He says they have  a good set piece and we are going to use that to play their own brand of football.

Fiji coach John Mckee agreed the Test was effectively a regional title match.

He says they have to be right on top of their game defensively.

McKee says the Flying Fijians wants to stay number one in the Pacific.

The Fiji Airways Flying Fijians will take on Tonga at 3pm today at Churchill Park and you can catch the live commentary on Viti FM.
