Blues winger Rieko Ioane in no rush to rest, despite All Blacks plans

All Blacks and Blues winger Rieko Ioane is in no rush to take a break, midway through what could be one of the biggest seasons of his career.

With Steve Hansen insisting key All Blacks don't feature in any more than six straight Super Rugby matches this season, Ioane has found a loophole in the system, with the Blues' bye week effectively re‑setting his tally of games played.

Speaking to RNZ, Ioane made it clear that he isn't planning on slowing down any time soon.

The Blues will play the Highlanders at 7.35pm Saturday.
