Blues looking for their first win against a NZ team since 2016

The Blues kick off the Super Rugby action tonight in Auckland where they will host the Highlanders.

The Blues and the Highlanders have met 14 times at Eden Park and in those 14 matches the Blues have won 10 matches and lost four.

This season the Blues have played 7 matches and have won 2 in comparison, the Highlanders have played six matches and have won four.

The Highlanders have won the last three matches between these two teams.

This will be the second time this season that these two teams have met as they played each other in February in Dunedin and the Highlanders won 41‑31.

The Highlanders will take on the Blues at 7.35 tonight while the Waratahs will face the Lions at 9.45pm.
