ANZ Sukuna Bowl defending champion Police have a lot of big names in their side including eight players from Nadroga ahead of the challenge next month.
Police Team Manager Verani Nakauyaca says 26 players started camp on Sunday in Sigatoka with nine players yet to join camp.
Nakauyaca adds that four of their players went to play at the Central Coast 7s while the other five are currently studying at their Academy in Nasova.
The Nadroga players who will be playing for Police are Setefano Somoca, Etonia Naba, Iliesa Ratuva, Jonetani Ralulu, Eroni Vasiteri, Joeli Lutumailagi and Mitieli Nacagilevu.
Nakauyaca says the other players consist of the Naitasiri and Suva-based players.
The Naitasiri players are Dan Ligairi, Jovesa Tanikorolevu, Sireli Kaloucava, Vilimoni Malorua, Inoke Tuisese and Kini Douglas while Eroni Sau and Samuela Newa are some of the Suva based players in the Police squad.
Police will face Army on the 24th of next month at 6pm at the ANZ Stadium.
