Battle for top goal scorer in VPL heats up

The battle for the top goal scorer in the Vodafone Premier League is heating up with only a few rounds of matches remaining.

National and Ba soccer team striker Saula Waqa is currently leading the goal scoring charts with 9 goals while Lautoka’s Siotame Kubu is second with 8 goals.

Suva’s Ravinesh Karan Singh and Lautoka’s Zibraaz Sahib are third with 6 goals each.

If Ba drops points in this match then Lautoka will win the league title and if Ba wins against Rewa then Lautoka will need a draw against Suva on Sunday to win the league title.
