Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach, Gareth Baber has acknowledged the players for continuing their preparation without him for a few days as they head into this weekend’s London 7s.
Baber says with him not there it has given players the opportunity to take ownership of the community elements of the group and that has kept them at their rhythm.

He says the players are not over thinking and have full concentration on the game ahead.
Baber had been admitted in the hospital for more than a week and joined the team on Monday.
Fiji will meet Kenya in their first pool match of the London 7s at 9.36pm tomorrow, they will take on France at 12.42am Sunday and will play their last pool match against Samoa at 3.48am Sunday.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 9.58pm Sunday, Cup semifinals will start at 1.48am Monday and the Cup final will be played at 4.57am Monday.
Barring any upsets, the Fiji is likely to meet England or Scotland in the quarter final, they are likely to take on USA or Argentina in the semifinal, or New Zealand or South Africa in the final.
