Ba on track to defend their BOG title

Defending champion of the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants, Ba defeated Nadi 1-0 in its first match of the BOG at Govind Park last night.

Laisenia Raura scored the lone goal for the Men in Black in the second half.

Ba and Rewa now have three points in Pool A after the Delta Tigers defeated Labasa 1-0 in their first match yesterday.

Ba will face Rewa today at 7pm while Labasa will meet Nadi at 5pm in Pool A matches.

Meanwhile, Suva leads Pool B with six points after thumping Nadroga 4-nil yesterday and edging out Navua 1-0 today.

In another match, Lautoka edged Navua 1-0 yesterday.

Meanwhile, Lautoka and Nadroga match is underway.
