The availability of overseas based players will be a major contributing factor towards the Vodafone Flying Fijians preparation for the end of the year Europe tour and next year’s Rugby World Cup.
This is the comment of Flying Fijians Coach John McKee during an interview with Fijivillage earlier today.
Being placed in a pool of death alongside Australia, Wales and England, McKee said getting the best players will be a major concern as their availability will be vital in playing against Tier one nations.
When asked by Fijivillage on what are his plans for the World Cup, McKee said it is all about maintaining a core of players and getting the right training schedule.
McKee is expected to name his training squad for the Europe Tour after the HFC Bank Farebrother Sullivan Trophy challenge this month.
The Europe tour in November will see the Vodafone Flying Fijians taking on France, Wales and USA.
