Another Cavubati is now making a name for himself in the rugby scene in New Zealand.
Caleb Cavubati, the son of former Hurricanes and Fiji prop Bill Cavubati was part of the New Zealand Fijian team that lost to the New Zealand Condors sevens side 27‑17 in the final of the World Schools Sevens in Auckland.
Cavubati says he is worried about his son Caleb and the weight of expectation for him to follow in his footsteps.
He says he liked it when Caleb was a soccer player.
Caleb made the switch from soccer to rugby three years ago and is part of the Hurricanes development system.
He says his dad was an inspiration for all this.
Bill Cavubati says he is proud to see that New Zealand‑born Fijians chose to play for their parents' country of birth.
