Kenyan speedster Willy Ambaka will return to rugby sevens action after being named in the 12‑man squad to compete at the first two rounds of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series in Dubai and Cape Town.
Ambaka, who is dubbed the "Kenyan Lomu", last featured in the 2012/13 series and was nominated for World Rugby Sevens Player of the Year in 2013.
In the absence of regular captain Andrew Amonde for personal reasons, Kenya will be led by Collins Injera, who currently sits in third place overall in the all time try‑scoring table.
There will also be four fresh faces on the series as Robert Aringo, Nelson Oyoo, Jeffrey Oluoch and Frank Wanyama all make their debuts.
