All Blacks captain Luke Whitelock expects fast paced game against Japan at Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo later today.
The New Zealand side will field eight debutants in their Test against Japan, with Whitelock saying there has been plenty of enthusiasm in training.
The 27‑year‑old loose forward said there is plenty of experienced players in the 23 that will help the younger players.
Today's Test will be Whitelock's seventh cap in the black jersey, he captained the All Blacks last year in a non‑Test against a French XV team.
The All Blacks will take on Japan at 5.45pm today.
In other Northern tour tests tomorrow, Wales will face Scotland at 3.45am, England will take on South Africa at 4am while Ireland will take on Italy at 9am.
