Nehe Milner‑Skudder returns to the All Blacks starting line‑up.
Sam Whitelock, flankers Sam Cane and Liam Squire and midfield back Ryan Crotty all slotted back into the starting lineup for Sunday's clash in Cape Town.
Scott Barrett, who came off the bench in Auckland and started last week in Buenos Aires, has replaced Retallick in the only change to the starting side.
Beauden Barrett will also start the game at flyhalf.
The All Blacks meet South Africa 3.05am Sunday while Argentina meet Australia at 10.40am Sunday.
