The last 3 days of camp has been about accuracy for the Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team as they prepare for the Las Vegas and Vancouver 7s next month.
Coach Gareth Baber says they have been working on their kickoffs, possession and how they are to react if things don’t go their way as these areas have been highlighted as a weakness in the last 4 tournaments.
Meanwhile, Baber says he is pleased to see the boys finding quality space on the field in training and how quickly they can get to that space and score tries.
Fiji will face Scotland in their first match of Las Vegas 7s at 11.22am next Saturday, they will then face Wales at 2.23pm on the same day.
They will then face Australia at 7.52am next Sunday.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 1.46pm next Sunday, semifinals will start at 9.12am and the Cup final will kick off at 12.30pm Monday the 4th of next month.
