7 players who featured for First Light Taveuni last year to feature for Cross of Victory Taveuni 7s side

Seven players who featured for the First Light Taveuni 7s team last year will be playing for the Cross of Victory Taveuni 7s side in the Mana Whey Fiji Coral Coast 7s next weekend.

This has been confirmed by former First Light Taveuni coach Qiolele Moresio who will coach the Cross of Victory Taveuni team.

Moresio says that the players who featured in the final last year include Tomasi Ralulu, Mesake Varo, Silo Finau, Leone Lomaloma, Josefa Moceiwaqa and national reps Anare Tevita and Alekesio Vakarorogo.

The Cross of Victory Taveuni team has won a total of seven out of the eleven tournaments they have participated in last year including the Nawaka 7s, Samoa Independent 7s and Wairiki 7s.

The Cross of Victory are pooled with Stars USA, BLK Iron Courage and Wardens in Pool R.

The Mana Whey Fiji Coral Coast 7s will be held from next Wednesday to Saturday at Lawaqa Park.
