3 spots secured in Skipper Cup semifinals

Nadi, Suva and Nadroga have secured semifinal spots in the Skipper Cup competition.

This comes after the sides won their final games of the competition.

Nadroga beat Northland 28‑13 while Suva edged Vatukoula 19‑17.

Naitasiri hammered Tailevu 31‑11 and have one game at hand against Vatukoula.

A bonus point win for Naitasiri against Vatukoula will see them qualify for the semifinals while Namosi who is in fourth spot will drop out.

Nadi and Suva have each secured the hosting rights for the semifinals after finishing first and second respectively at the top of the points table.

The Skipper Cup semifinals are on the 15th of this month.
