Three athletes have been named by FASANOC to represent Fiji in the 2018 Youth Olympics.
The athletes are 17 year old Serenia Ragatu of Adi Cakobau School who will take part in athletics, 16 year old Grace Yee from Jai Narayan College who will participate in Table Tennis while 17 year old Chang Ho Lee of Yat Sen Secondary School who will compete in Badminton.
FASANOC CEO Lorraine Mar says that the athletes were chosen by their respective international federations based on their performance during the qualification period.
Mar says that the FASANOC appeals process is now open and if any athlete or official feels that they should have been selected in place of the selected athletes may forward a written appeal before 8am next Monday.
The 2018 Youth Olympics will be held in Argentina from the 6th to the 18th of October.
