Two prominent soccer players transfer applications are under dispute and they may not feature in the Courts IDC if the cases are not resolved.
Jonetani Buksh who has applied for his release to play for Rewa had recently signed a new contract with Labasa.
Fiji Football’s CEO Mohammad Yusuf says Buksh had assured the Labasa soccer team that he will continue playing for them and allegedly took some money.
He says this is for Fiji FA’s Dispute Committee to look at.
Jale Dreloa’s transfer from Suva to Labasa is also under dispute as Suva soccer had asked him to join their camp when they had started preparations for IDC but he failed to join the camp.
Yusuf says Suva had been paying him weekly and they have taken disciplinary actions against Dreloa.
These issues will be resolved by Sunday.
The Courts IDC kicks off next Tuesday at Churchill Park and you catch live commentaries of the Nadi Tavua match at 3pm, Ba Labasa match at 5.30pm and Suva Lautoka match at 7.30pm on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
