The 16 captains of respective teams competing in the Cape Town 7s this weekend visited the famous Robben Island where the former President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela was held.
This included Fiji Airways Men's National 7s team captain, Kalione Nasoko.
Some of the captains took a closer look at the prison cell that held Mandela during his imprisonment of 18 years.
This was where the commemorative Madiba jersey was first worn in public by the Captain of the South Africa 7s team, Philip Snyman.
The Cape Town 7s will begin on Saturday night going on to Sunday morning, and from Sunday Night going on to Monday morning.
Fiji is pooled with England, France and Kenya in the Cape Town 7s.

Fiji will take on France in their first pool match at 9.59pm this Saturday. They will take on Kenya at 1.20am Sunday and then play their last pool match against England at 5.03am Sunday.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 11.04pm Sunday, semifinals will start at 3.34am Monday and the Cup Final will be played at 6.44am Monday.
