Former New Zealand 7s player, Karl Te Nana thinks South Africa and New Zealand will play in the final of the Wellington 7s next weekend.
Te Nana says South Africa has to be one of the finalists given their form and talented line‑up and with New Zealand going for three consecutive wins in Wellington he thinks it is going to be tough to beat them as well.
Te Nana is currently in the country as an ambassador for the Mana Whey Fiji Coral Coast 7s.
Meanwhile, the Vodafone Fiji 7s team for the Wellington 7s is expected to be named this week.
Fiji will play Australia in their first pool match at 10.46am next Saturday before facing Japan at 2.10pm while Fiji's last pool match will be against South Africa at 6.18pm next Saturday.
The medal quarterfinals will begin at 11.38am next Sunday while the semifinals will begin at 4.16pm.
The medal final will be held at 7.30pm next Sunday.
