Works underway for $50m luxury gated residential estate

Civil works are underway for the $50 million luxury gated residential estate called Nasese Waters.

Nasese Waters which is located off Storck Street, will have a collection of 76 home sites and the project is a joint venture between Pacific Building Solutions and Hari Punja and Sons Limited.

The first 35 residential lots are currently for sale and almost all stage one lots are sold.

The prices range between $750,000 and $1.25m depending upon size of land and location within the subdivision.

Pacific Building Solutions say the lots will have underground water, power, stormwater and sewer to the lot boundary.

It adds there will also be a community pool, club house and full time security with CCTV and the community will be gated and have a luxury entry.

The company says Nasese’s latest luxury gated estate will set a new benchmark for luxury living in one of Suva’s premier suburbs.
