Works on the development of a multi-million dollar commercial complex for Motibhai Group along the Queens Highway has started.
Called the Motibhai Business Park, the new complex will cover an area of nearly 14,000 square meters.
Executive Director Bhupendra Patel says this will enable the Group to centralize all its Western Division operations under one roof.
Patel says at the moment their warehouses are scattered all over the place from Ba up to Nadi and the new complex will have a centralized operation.
He says the new business park will be a one‑stop‑shop comprising of executive offices, warehouse, showroom, joinery & workshop, visual department, staff canteen & amenities together with cold storage facilities to cater for Burger King Fiji operations.
Patel says the project cost is around $25 million and the complex will take close to a year to complete and is being built by Western Builders Limited of Ba.
He adds the complex is located at West Road in Legalega Subdivision along the Queens Highway.
