Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says that the age of a school alone does not even matter that much to him, however what truly matters and what makes a school special is their success.
While speaking at the Sabeto School Centennial Celebrations, Bainimarama reminded students that they are the future of the country and that is the reason parents have encouraged them to study.
The Prime Minister told the students that he has big expectations for them and he wants to see them become the greatest generation that Fiji has ever seen.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Bainimarama also highlighted that things have changed and Fiji no longer have schools divided or identified along ethnicity.
Currently there are 287 students enrolled in Sabeto Central School and 32 more in kindergarten.
Bainimarama says that government is about creating opportunities, and giving necessary tools for students to succeed and that is why they have invested over $1 billion in to the education sector for the first time in Fijian history.
