We will question Bainimarama why he did the coup - SODELPA

Suggestions were made in a SODELPA campaign meeting to question the Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama if SODELPA forms government on why Bainimarama carried out the 2006 coup.

Speaking at the SODELPA campaign meeting in Namadai, Tanya Waqanika’s Campaign Manager, Watisoni Nata said that they will form a committee to question the parties involved in the 2006 coup.

Nata says that SODELPA is an inclusive party were they will accept everyone.

He says that there needs to be a well informed discussion on why they had formed laws to hinder their own race.

Nata says that he doesn’t think that the solution to the iTaukei problem is putting people in jail.

He says that SODELPA is only trying to unite people and let them know details on why Bainimarama conducted the coup.
