We will be able to work with any party that forms govt - Karunaratne

The President of Fiji United Freedom Party, Jagath Karunaratne said their party will be able to work with any party that forms government.

In the special election talkback last night on our sister stations Radio Sargam and Viti FM with our news director Vijay Narayan, Karunaratne highlighted that they will go with the people's choice.

While speaking on Straight Talk, Karunaratne said that they may have to re-look at some of their policies if they differ from the party they will work with in government.

Karunaratne said the party also supports a secular state.

He also believes that if majority of the people want to bring back the Great Council of Chiefs then they should respect their views.
