Land Transport Authority CEO, Carmine Piantedosi says he is seriously focusing on improving the Customer Service of the LTA.
He says they are working on improving services in enforcement, services at the counter and also their online services.
Piantedosi says his mandate from the Land Transport Authority Board when he was appointed was to ensure that the LTA improved its performance in the public service vehicle area, enforcement and also how to better structure the organisation.
Piantedosi who has been in the role for only two months says they are now consulting with all their stakeholders before making any decision to ensure sustainability.
