Water supply to affected areas following the works carried out at the Waila Water Treatment Plant is expected to be restored to 100 percent from mid-day today to tomorrow morning.
Water Authority has again made this assurance following concerns from people living in the greater Nausori area.
People have raised concerns as water supply has not been normal since the works was completed on Monday morning.
A resident of Verata, Nausori says that the issue of constant water cuts has been ongoing for the past 4 months in the area.
Meanwhile, Water Authority says that the purpose of the works carried out in Waila was to improve water supply and at the moment the supply is at 90 percent while the remaining affected areas are expected to receive normal supply from later today into tomorrow morning.
Members of the community in the greater Nausori Area are urged to contact Water Authority on 1507 if they are facing water problems and the Authority says that they will cart water to affected areas.
