People living in parts of Tamavua and Namadi Heights are currently facing disruptions in their water supply which is due to a burst main near Tamavua Village.
Water supply is expected to be restored by 6pm today.
Affected areas include Princess Road from Tamavua Village to Loa Street, Upper Ragg Avenue, Amputch Street, Upper Mead Road and Tamavua Village.
The Water Authority of Fiji is advising its customers residing in the areas mentioned to store and use water wisely for their immediate needs during this temporary disruption period.
The Authority says that water carting trucks are on standby to service the areas as and when the need arises.
