Rako Pasefika

Rako Pasefika is now WOWS Kids official band.

The famous island dance group has signed a partnership agreement with the foundation to make the cultural music and dance group their official band 2014.

WOWS Kids Chairman Makrava Wilson said the work of both organizations involves youth and children.

While signing the agreement Wilson added that this is a great match.

Rako Director Paul Domoniko said the dance group is a collective of artists of indigenous Rotuman, Fijian and Pacific Island heritage.

The partnership will begin this Friday at the Digicel Bula Festival where the group will provide the warm-up entertainment for the Laughing Samoans.

Domoniko added that the group will also feature as the main supporting act in Suva on Saturday when the Laughing Samoans conclude their 2014 Fiji Tour.

Meanwhile, Tickets for the Laughing Samoans are already in designated outlets with tickets selling at $5 for adults and $2 for children under 12.
