Vuci villagers ask for forgiveness from FijiFirst Leader

People of the village of Vuci in Tailevu asked for forgiveness from FijiFirst Leader, Voreqe Bainimarama as they were strong supporters of the 2000 coup.

While presenting the Matanigasau to Bainimarama, Apete Tiritabua said the whole village decided to support the 2000 coup.

Tiritabua said they also slaughtered some cows and took it to parliament for George Speight supporters.

Meanwhile Bainimarama said he was glad to set foot again in Vuci and has thanked them for their support and apology.

He also said that he has forgiven them for their past actions.
