We would like to ensure that the benefits of technology are evenly shared amongst all the people of Fiji.

Vodafone Fiji Limited’s Head of Commerce & Corporate Affairs Shailendra Prasad says this as the Vodafone is sponsoring this year’s Vodafone Friendly North Festival again.

Prasad says that it is their social responsibility to see that all the people should get the equal share of development benefits and the Northern Division cannot be forgotten.

He says the Festival will give an opportunity to the people of North especially youths to have a platform to voice their opinion about what is required in terms of development.

He says the Vodafone Fiji has given $100,000 for the festival however it is not all about giving money but about the benefits of the people.

Meanwhile, 12 queen and 5 king contestants will be taking part in this year’s Vodafone Friendly North Festival which will be held from the 22nd to the 29th of next month at Subrail Park.
