Two men have been charged with being drunk and disorderly in Lautoka last week.
They were seen verbally abusing some people staying at a flat and several items were also thrown at some flat occupants.
A video also shows a flat occupant throwing some items at the two men.
Meanwhile, members of the public have raised concern about their safety regarding the incident, suggesting that this is a usual scene at the place.
Police say that they have increased their patrol at the area for the safety of the public.
