Van driver dies in fatal accident after collision with electric post

The van involved in the accident in Sabeto, Nadi.

A van driver died this morning after he hit an electric post in Sabeto, Nadi.

Police Spokesperson, Atunaisa Sokomuri says the vehicle veered off the road and hit an electric post at 11:20am.

Sokomuri says the body of the man is now at the Nadi Hospital mortuary.

Investigations continue.
