This was highlighted by the Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations Jone Usamate at the opening of the Recoveries Corporation Group Ltd, new Suva Contact Centre.
Usamate congratulated RCL services on reaching their 25th anniversary and welcomes their plans to grow RCL’s facility from their current staffing complement of 230 to 400 in the next 2 years.
He says that Government is doing their level best to ensure that there are employment opportunities available for the people and the youth in particular.
Usamate says that the government has invested heavily in developing a workforce that investors can utilize for mutual benefit.
He also highlighted that the government believes that creating an educated, skilled and adaptable workforce will encourage more investors to Fiji and in turn will provide more opportunities for our people.
