Police have confirmed that two police officers remain in custody while four other officers brought in for questioning have been released in relation to the death of a 26-year-old man.
The two are alleged to be involved in the murder of a 26-year-old man.
Police say CID investigators will be consulting the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions this morning before the next course of action is decided.
The 26 year old man was allegedly assaulted by police officers outside a nightclub in Suva on September 2nd and the case was classified a murder after the post mortem was conducted.
The man passed away last Thursday at the CWM Hospital.
