Two people airlifted to CWM hospital after accident

Two people have been airlifted to the CWM hospital after they received injuries in two separate accidents.

A 20-year-old tertiary student of Nawaka, Nadi, was allegedly assaulted by two people when he followed his ex-girlfriend to her house.

He was admitted at Lautoka Hospital and upon doctors’ advice, he was airlifted on a helicopter to CWM Hospital yesterday.

Two people have been questioned and released.

In another incident, a 23-year-old man was found unconscious along Oinafa coastal road with injuries on Saturday night.

He was later air lifted to CWM Hospital and is in critical condition.
