State lawyer, Lavenia Bogitini has informed the Suva High Court that two more women have come forward and alleged that the pastor of the Agape Healing Church Ministry, Waisake Tulavu has raped them however they do not want to lodge an official complaint.
Tulavu is charged with four counts of rape and one count of sexual assault and he had pleaded not guilty to the charges earlier.
The alleged incidents occurred between 11th May to 15th September last year.
He allegedly raped two women in his church and sexually assaulted another woman.
Bogitini informed Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar that they will proceed with the case based on the current charges.
The case has been adjourned till Wednesday.
