The Commissioner Central Laisenia Tuitubou and the Commissioner Eastern Netani Rika have confirmed that they will be contesting the elections under the FijiFirst Party banner.
Commissioner Central Tuitubou said that he is contesting the elections because he wants to continue the work which the current government is doing.
Tuitubou also said that he was contacted by the FijiFirst Leader to join the party and he accepted the invitation because he agreed with the party’s policies.
Commissioner Eastern Netani Rika said that he has served his time well and he believes that he can serve the people better by joining the FijiFirst party.
Commissioner Western, Joeli Cawaki has also announced that he will be contesting the elections under the FijiFirst Party.
Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office, Pio Tikoduadua also resigned yesterday and he is likely to contest for the FijiFirst.
