The trial of Fiji Times Limited and others will now be held from the 30th of April to the 4th of May this year.
Nicholas Barnes of Munro Leys Laws is now representing Fiji Times Editor‑in‑Chief Fred Wesley and Publisher Hank Arts.
Lawyer, Wylie Clarke is now representing Fiji Times Limited while Nai Lalakai Editor Anare Ravula was represented by Devanesh Sharma and contributor Josaia Waqabaca was represented by Aman Ravindra-Singh.
Barnes and Clarke have sought time to look at the disclosures.
The case has been adjourned to the 5th of next month.
The charges were earlier amended from inciting communal antagonism to sedition.
According to the amended information earlier filed and served to Fiji Times Limited and others, it is alleged that Fiji Times, on the 27th of April last year printed the Nai Lalakai newspaper which contained an article which had content with a seditious intention to promote feelings of ill‑will and hostility between classes of the population.
